1. Do you sell original products?

2. What shipping methods do you use?

We ship through TCS and LCS Courier for all local orders across Pakistan.


3. Does the price of the order include shipping charges?

4. What payment options do I have?

We offer convenient payment methods:

5. Can I pay COD with a cheque?

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we only accept cash for COD orders.


6. Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes, all watches purchased from ID Watches come with an official brand warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in movement, hands, and dial. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.


7. What is your return & exchange policy?

We want you to shop with confidence. If youโ€™re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your watch. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.


8. How do I claim a warranty or return?

Simply contact our customer support team through our website or WhatsApp. Weโ€™ll guide you through the process and arrange courier pickup (where applicable).
