6. Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all watches purchased from ID Watches come with an official brand warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in movement, hands, and dial. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
7. What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your watch. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
8. How do I claim a warranty or return?
